How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, delivery usually takes around 6–8 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
The total estimated delivery time is usually around 7–10 business days. Orders placed after 5:00PM ET (Eastern Time, USA) may be processed on the next business day. This may add one extra business day to the total delivery estimate.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on eligible orders within our shipping regions. Any shipping costs, if applicable, will always be shown clearly at checkout before payment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the email has been sent. You can go to the tracking page here.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours after placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if you entered the wrong shipping address. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update it. Decorivia Living is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
