Refund & Return Policy
At Decorivia Living, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not
satisfied or happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return process.
Return Policy
Return Window: You have 10 days from the day you receive your order to return items.
Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original
packaging, tags, and accessories.
Easy Returns: Our team will assist you throughout the process, and where needed give extra advice.
Restocking Fee: $0 — we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Return Costs
For Broken or Incorrect Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is
incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or broken in any other way.
For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The customer pays the return shipping cost.
This applies when the customer orders the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they don't want it anymore.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us: Email info@decorivialiving.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Pack Your Product: Repack the product securely in its original packaging, including all
accessories, tags, and documents.
3. Send It Back: Send your return using the instructions provided in your return authorization
email. You may use the carrier or shipping method recommended in that email.
Refund Process
Check: Once we receive your return, we’ll check the item to make sure it meets our return
criteria.
Refund Timing
After approval, your refund will be processed. It usually takes Up to 7
business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on the
bank or payment service used.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, contact us at
info@decorivialiving.com and we will help you with a quick exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are not eligible for return. These products will be
clearly marked as non-returnable on the product pages.
